Wedding or Business Event

RENTAL FEE
HUF 395,000 + VAT/OCCASION

For wedding receptions held on Friday or Sunday, our discounted rental fee is
HUF 345,000 + VAT
Rental fee of built-up pier on the Danube coast: HUF 50 000 + VAT / occasion

The above rental fee includes:
– our chairs and tables for the seating of the guests for 120 persons,
– air-conditioning and heating
– one cleaning
– the prices above are for events and weddings in 2023

Event in priority period

RENTAL FEE
From 01.11.2023 to 31.12.2023
(On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays)
HUF 595,000 + VAT/OCCASION

The above rental fee includes:
– this rental fee concerns for wedding receptions held on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays in the priority period
– our chairs and round tables for the seating of the guests for 120 persons
– air-conditioning and heating
– the price above is for events and weddings in 2023

  • In addition to the rental fee we request a deposit of at least 100,000 HUF but it depends on the event
  • The catering is provided exclusively by the Budapest Party Service
  • Security guard: 4 500 HUF + VAT / person / hour (minimum 2 person for minimum 6 hours – obligatory)
  • Cleaning service: 4 500 HUF + VAT / person / hour (minimum 6 hours – obligatory)
  • Technical service: 95 000 HUF+VAT (for max. 10 hours, 3 500 HUF+VAT/person/hour above it)
  • Equipment:  projector (4000 Ansi lumen with motorized canvas – 230x300cm), wifi
  • Cloakroom service: 4 500 HUF + VAT / person / hour (minimum 6 hours – it is not obligatory)
